Katy Colloton moved to Chicago following her graduation from Vanderbilt University where she majored in theater and psychology. Since moving to Chicago, Katy has appeared in numerous theatrical productions and currently performs with the critically acclaimed comedy group, The Katydids, and the iO Harold team, Classy D. Her recent sketch comedy credits include her solo show What Would Carol Do?, the Second City House Ensemble show Right Place, Rahm Time, and Annoyance Theater’s A Woman’s Path. Katy has performed at the Del Close Marathon, Chicago Improv Festival, Chicago Sketch Comedy Festival, iO West and for two summers she performed at ImprovAcadia in Bar Harbor, ME. She has also appeared in several feature-length and short films including the 2010 Vimeo award winning series, “Break-ups,” and the TBS Laugh Out Loud Official Selection short, “Just Friends.” Katy has a number of projects in the works currently.
